We're in the news.

I was interviewed and see what the Southfield Sun Newspaper has to say about the Brown Bag Diet.

The online version doesn't show the picture they took of me holding the book above but when the photographer came to shoot the photo he said everyone in the office wants to find out how the diet works. There is lots of interest out there and as I've been saying, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Together we can help each other lose the weight we want to lose.
